Whether you have a new puppy, a gundog, or an assistance dog, I am here to help with all your training needs. These sessions are perfect for busy individuals or those who have limited access to a trainer. I use positive reinforcement techniques to address all your burning questions and provide tailored guidance. Come prepared to make the most of our time together!

Cancellation Policy

These terms and conditions are applicable to the online services. *All appointments must be paid for at the time of booking, refunds will only be issued if the booking is cancelled more than 5 days in advance of the booking. However, any cancellations will incur a £5 admin charge, plus a percentage of the total cost, this is due to PayPal or Square fees. The percentage will vary dependent on the price of the service. * Rescheduling is also possible 5 days prior to the event starting, you can do this through the confirmation email that you receive. * Spaces that are cancelled due to illness of either the handler or the dog within 5 days of the booking will still be charged at the full rate. *If you are late for your appointment, there is not be an option to increase the duration due to a booking after you, it is your responsibility to be on time, even for online sessions. *We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, in these instances you will be given a voucher to enable you to rebook. *It is your responsibility to check the confirmation email/texts the day before to check the date and time. If you miss an appointment due to rescheduling there is no refund option.
